Friends! Let's do some Zumba Gold tomorrow, Thursday, February 12, at Crosswalk Outreach! 10:45 a.m. $7 drop in. Please bring clean sneakers to dance in. Zumba Gold is designed for all levels. The most important rule of ZG: there are NO rules! We have fun. Even if you have 2 left feet, that does not matter! It's a no judgement, let's move out bodies zone! Hope to see you there.

OKAY! Thanks to some very special people who have encouraged me to expand live class offerings, allow me to offer a ZUMBA EVENING CLASS at the Bridgton Old Town Hall! It will run Wednesdays @ 5:45 p.m. from February 18-March 25 ($48 for 6 weeks) I need 10 people to sign up for the entire session (NOTE: If you are not around for the first class (vacation week), I will allow you to sign up for 5 weeks! Okay who is in! Special thanks to Laurie and Leslie for helping this come to fruition! PLEASE COMMENT IF YOU WANT IN. Thank you! Hoping to be dancing with you all soon!

So excited to announce that Fountain of You Wellness will be holding 3 Pop Up classes LIVE! The first Chair Yoga this Thursday, February 5 @ 10:45 a.m. Class will be held at Crosswalk Outreach @ 11 October Road, in Naples. On February 12, join us for Zumba Gold! February 19 will be a standing beginner strength/cardio class with bands (bands will be provided) Drop ins welcome @ $7.
