My first morning back after the long weekend started with a cup of coffee and an email to the awesome team at the Himalayan Institute as we work through the final details for our October retreat. 💛
We are getting SO close.
In just a few short weeks, we’ll be trading the schedules, errands, emails, and general noise of everyday life for a weekend in the Pocono Mountains - surrounded by nature, community, and plenty of space to simply slow down.
And there is still time to claim your spot. 🌿
Beyond Asana: The Nourishment of Inner Yoga is a 3-day retreat exploring the quieter, more inward practices of yoga through breathwork, meditation, conscious relaxation, philosophy, gentle movement, and deep rest.
And when I say nourishment, I mean that quite literally, too. All of your meals are included with your accommodations at HI - and as a busy mom who spends an awful lot of time thinking about what everyone is going to eat, having someone else prepare three nourishing meals a day might genuinely be one of my favorite parts of being there. 😂
📍 Himalayan Institute, Honesdale, PA
October 2-4
All bodies and levels of experience are warmly welcome. You don’t need to be flexible, have an established meditation practice, or consider yourself a “yoga person.” Just bring some curiosity and a willingness to let yourself be cared for for a few days.

Oh, and that cup of coffee I mentioned? It was from Moka Origins, whose coffee + chocolate factory is right on the Himalayan Institute campus (a project born from their humanitarian missions). ☕🍫 During our Saturday free time, you’ll have the option to wander over for a factory tour and tasting.
Because apparently a weekend of yoga, rest, nature, and having someone else cook all your meals wasn’t quite enough nourishment- insert REALLY good (and ethical 💕) coffee and chocolate 😋
