Hey Everyone! Welcome to SHKPT: Physical Therapy & Vertigo Concierge. My name is Dr. Seth Kaufmann, PT, DPT. I am a direct access PA licensed physical therapist and the owner of SHKPT.

I am a mobile concierge physical therapist specializing in the treatment of all orthopedic and neuromuscular conditions, chronic pain, manual therapy techniques, and vestibular conditions including vertigo, dizziness, headaches, balance deficits, concussion, and soft tissue mobilization, cupping, and tendon scraping.
