This is my recipe for the Spanish dish ceviche.
These are the ingredients:
* 2 pounds of cooked shrimp
* four tomatoes
* one yellow pepper
* one red onion
* a quarter cup of guacamole
* one bunch of cilantro
* Salt to preference
This dish has become a staple in my household. It’s very nutritious, low in calories, and high in protein. My family loves this. I hope you guys do too!

This is how I make chicken stirfry for my family. These are the ingredients that I used.
*5 chicken thighs
*1 yellow onion
*4 garlic cloves
*1 cup of broccoli
*1 zucchini
*1 cup of carrots
*¼ can of bamboo shoots
*soy sauce
* orange chicken sauce

Hi Ladies! With cooler weather just around the corner, now is a great time to take advantage of my indoor fitness classes located at the NEMC.

Help improve your health and fitness level with classes that include light weight lifting, calisthenics, and core training.

The classes are 6pm Tuesday and Thursday. The first month is only $49. After this, regular pricing is $69 a month.

It’s World Hijab Day and I want to just shout out all the ladies who fearlessly wear hijab during these trying times! I wish I could say wearing the hijab is easy, but sometimes it’s just not. May Allah bless you and make it easy for all the women who wear it, and help those trying to wear it.

Last night Ishell 💣 literal tents and killed at a minimum 40 people, mostly babies and women. But they don’t matter right? When you actually have babies being beheaded SHHHHH!! Don’t say anything, post your coffee and ignore what our genocidal government is doing with our money. If you’re not ashamed you’re not paying attention or you have no humanity. If you are either you should feel ashamed and you never get to complain again about oppression again. The ultimate oppression is not having the right to life and that what’s happening!

It’s World Hijab Day today and I can’t help but think of the Palestinian women who sleep in their hijabs and prayer clothes so if they are hit in the night, they’re found in a modest way. SubkhanaAllah, those are the strongest women I’ve ever seen! They’ve been through so much, but carry on. InshaAllah, things will get easier and they can finally be free!
