This truly grassroots, local nonprofit was built from one woman noticing a need right outside her own business — and doing something about it.

What started as handing out toiletries and gift cards to homeless neighbors has grown into Acts of Kindness NH, an official 501(c)(3) that has now helped over 120 people find housing or access rehab services.

She still personally collects and distributes toiletries, food and gift cards to people in our community today.

Please consider supporting her upcoming Dine & Donate fundraiser:

We’ve also provided more than 96,000 pounds of food and 80,000 meals to people in need throughout Manchester.
Those aren't just numbers.

⚠️ Read this before you buy another "high protein" anything.
"GLP-1 friendly." "High protein." "Low carb." "Guilt free."

Sound familiar? It should. We've been here before.

Remember the low fat generation? Food companies stripped out the fat and replaced it with sugar, fillers, and chemicals — and we got fatter, sicker, and more diabetic than ever before. The marketing worked perfectly. The food did not.

Here we go again.

Now they're slapping "GLP-1 friendly" and "high protein" on frozen pizzas, processed snack bars, and packaged meals — and people are buying them believing they are making a healthy choice.
They are not.

Here's what they don't tell you:
A processed food with 20 grams of protein and 30 ingredients your body doesn't recognize is not health food. It is a science experiment in a box with a really good marketing budget.

Your gut doesn't care what the front of the package says. It cares what you actually put in it.

Flip. The. Box. Over.

If the ingredient list is longer than a CVS receipt and full of words you can't pronounce — put it back. Your body was never designed to process that.

Real food doesn't need a health claim. Meat. Fish. Eggs. Fruit. Vegetables. Whole grains. That's it. That's the list.

The low fat lie made an entire generation sick. Don't let the high protein, glp-1 friendly lie do the same to yours.
