Father’s Day brings complex, compounding grief for Black men. It spans the pain of losing a father or child, the weight of generational trauma, the “invisible grief” of navigating fatherhood in a racialized society, and the pressure of stoic cultural conditioning that discourages vulnerability.

Here are some of our therapy clinician teams’ favorite organizations and individuals to follow who are dedicated Instagram advocates, therapists, and wellness agencies breaking the stigma around masculinity and emotional wellness, and beyond. These creators dismantle stigmas around therapy, build community, and foster emotional healing through vulnerable dialogue and actionable self-reflection.
