alkaline very berry smoothie🫐🍓This is my go-to smoothie! Rich in nutrients and so yummy! 😋

Recipe:
• 2 cups spring water
• 3-4 pitted dates
• 3/4 cup organic blueberries
• 1/2 cup organic frozen strawberries
• 1/4 cup organic frozen mango
• 1/4 cup organic coconut shreds
• 2 tbs organic h**p seeds
