Getting a massage should be the least stressful thing you do. I work hard to make sure it’s always an appointment people feel excited about, and part of that means taking away the stressors around scheduling.

Let’s talk about body augmentation!

Have you changed the way you look? Do you love it? Does it make you feel better about yourself or more like yourself?

Like any thief, most of us have mastered the art of stealing… From ourselves. Micro habits that create a duller version of ourselves. But what if we start expanding? What if we start giving ourselves what we deserve? What if we start expressing ourselves fully? Imagine the wattage of that light!

it’s time to stop stealing and start giving back. You owe yourself health, wealth, and abundance!

if you could pick one thing to do today, what would it be? What arena would you stop stealing from?

What’s your biggest struggle with meditation?

Time to bust out that tool belt …

07/02/2026

In 2020 I completed my yoga teacher training and imagined myself ready to teach all these wildly advanced yoga classes. Because herder = better right!? Little did I know my greatest teacher would be my future husband.

He came to the mat for the first time a year after we were married. In his case, a visual learner with a hearing impairment. Nothing will make you a better teacher than teaching something you know inside and out to someone who knows nothing. Not one, single, pose. It has given me the tools to cue breath and movement in a way that slows everything down. That gives you time to be in the posture. To really look and help people remove the struggle from the practice.

If yoga is new to you.
If you think it’s only for “bendy people”.
For fit people.
If you think it’s not “that hard”… I’d love to connect and share something new with you. Something that goes everywhere with you. And is ready for you whenever you call upon it. 🙏🏻💗

24 years. Thats how long I’ve been practicing massage therapy. In this industry that’s almost unheard of. And one thing I hear a lot is, “this job must keep you so fit!”

Yes, and…

Training for this job is critical to staying in it, specifically when working with artists and athletes. These bodies demand a lot of power from me, and it wouldn’t exist if I didn’t train for it.

It doesn’t take insanely heavy weights or the strictest of diets. It just requires showing up for the job. Being consistent. Listening when my body speaks. Being committed to always wanting to fully show up for everyone who seeks care on my table.

So here we are, moving weights. Dancing. Living fully. Bringing the energy that produces the best care.

Walking the walk…

It’s easy to tell people they should be getting massage. To preach the benefits of cupping. To encourage them to lie down for a sound bath because it literally rewires your brain and nervous system.

But you really become believable when you as a practitioner actually DO those things for yourself. It’s in the way you carry yourself. It’s in the way you speak to the shifts that are possible when you engage with these practices. It’s in the glow you hold from honoring yourself and listening when the body speaks.

I will never encourage rituals I don’t practice.

Shoutout to my colleague Eric Ruthig for the incredible session this week. You are a gift 🙏🏻
