If your new implants are sitting high, tight, or looking like they’re practically in your armpits… give them a minute. 😅

Fresh breast implants are not the finished result.

After surgery, swelling and tight tissues can make implants sit much higher than where they’ll ultimately settle. Over the weeks and months that follow, they begin to soften and settle into a more natural position, often referred to as “drop and fluff.”
