How do you build a strong team? You invest in time together.

Last week, we temporarily closed the office, put down our phones, and spent the day enjoying some good old-fashioned fun. The work we do every day is serious and meaningful, so taking time to laugh, connect, and enjoy a little friendly competition was a welcome break.

Strong teams aren’t built only through hard work—they’re built through relationships, trust, and shared experiences. We’re grateful for a team that works hard, supports one another, and knows how to have fun along the way.

These moments remind us how important family support and community inclusion are.

Today we held our quarterly TPA House Managers Meeting, bringing together the onsite supervisors who provide direct care, lead staff, and keep our homes connected to the administrative team.

We reviewed important updates including medical paperwork, medication processes, staff training, and general operations, along with preparation for our upcoming November survey.

Our House Managers truly are the backbone of TPA—keeping everything running smoothly each day.
