How do you build a strong team? You invest in time together.

Last week, we temporarily closed the office, put down our phones, and spent the day enjoying some good old-fashioned fun. The work we do every day is serious and meaningful, so taking time to laugh, connect, and enjoy a little friendly competition was a welcome break.

Strong teams aren’t built only through hard work—they’re built through relationships, trust, and shared experiences. We’re grateful for a team that works hard, supports one another, and knows how to have fun along the way.

It’s wonderful to watch Weslie continue to thrive through meaningful community activities! Last week, he enjoyed a fun-filled family day at the zoo, surrounded by love, laughter, and support.
These moments remind us how important family support and community inclusion are.
When families, caregivers, and support programs work together, our Members are provided the opportunity to explore the world around them.
