I feel Britney's pain and I completely relate. My conservator intentionally inflicted as much damage as possible. He wanted me dead. He's a sicko unrestrained by a corrupt court. It changes you. In law, Britney Spears died the day she was put under conservatorship. It's an evil, ill-used weapon on individual destruction. You never see the world the same. People never see you the same. It's a scarlet letter you wear involuntarily for the rest of your life. Move on? You can't move on.

This kind of abuse of authority goes on constantly in our courtrooms. The judiciary is by far our most corrupt and lawless branch of government. There’s little to no oversight. And what little oversight there is are judges overseeing judges. Utterly ineffective. This bozo needs to be stripped of his robes and jailed.

Conservatorships are nothing more than liquidation proceedings. Conservatorship law needs to be abolished. No reform, no new laws. Abolished completely. The last people on earth qualified to determine the best interest of the disabled are judges and lawyers.

I feel her pain as only a fellow ward can.

It's too bad that a bunch of greedy, disenfranchised heirs have taken over this cause and call themselves "advocate groups". These advocate groups have railroaded this cause for their own errant, self-serving agendas. This is not a law that needs to be reformed. It must be abolished. The last people on earth that should be determining the best interests of the disabled, especially those with assets, are attorneys and judges.
