There’s something about Old Hickory that’s hard to explain until you spend some time here.

It still has that small-town feeling where you start recognizing the faces around you. Where local businesses know each other. Where you can grab coffee, wander around, run into someone you know, and end up staying longer than you planned.

And then there’s the lake. 🌿

We feel really lucky to have planted Southern Crystal Company here and to be building a space that brings together so many things we love: crystals, yoga, sound, healing, and most importantly, people.

Old Hickory is home. And we’re pretty grateful for this little corner of Nashville. 🤍

We get it.

When you think about things to do in Nashville, your brain probably goes to the usual places.

But there’s a whole lot happening outside of downtown. 🤍

Here in Old Hickory Village, we’ve been building a little space where you can come for crystals, yoga, sound, healing, and community.

And honestly, there are so many different ways to experience it.

There are seasons when we’re so focused on doing, giving, figuring it out, and keeping everything moving that we forget what it feels like to simply receive.

That’s the invitation behind Sunday’s Reiki Share with Vivacious Collective. 🤍

A few hours to slow down, be supported, experience gentle energy healing, connect with other people, and to give yourself permission to not have to accomplish anything while you’re here.

This gathering is donation-based, so there’s no pressure to make it a big investment. Just come with an open mind and whatever you happen to be carrying that day.
