I see clients with chronic & acute conditions of pain & discomfort, as well as past trauma, depression, anxiety & low vitality. My practice is an ever-evolving meditation and I am so grateful to offer it to our Nashville community. Massage therapy found and claimed me nine years ago and its presence in my life changed the way I engage with the world physically and mentally. At its heart, my practi
ce is a blend of therapeutic massage and energy work that supports your body's innate knowledge of what it needs to be healthy. I have a deep understanding of anatomy that I draw upon in each session. I strive to listen to your body as it communicates what it needs to find balance and ease. Think about most days. You work too much, you don’t sleep enough, or maybe your body is changing because you are pregnant or just gave birth. You worry about being late, or your job, or your family. You are on your feet all day, or you sit in front of a computer for long periods of time. Our culture promotes the importance of pushing through pain, letting your stress fuel you, and bragging about your over-committed schedule instead of taking the time to actually listen to what your body is telling you. I encourage my clients to choose a different path: To maintain a healthy communication with their bodies through massage. To listen, to acknowledge, to create space for positive change. I strive to demonstrate this through our work together on the massage table.
