SOS Serving Our Seniors LLC Our mission is to keep our senior clients active and excited about life. We started SOS in 2009, in Collierville, Tennessee.

We provide our senior clients with the level of care we would give our own family. We are excited to announce the we now offer our services in the greater Nashville, TN area!! Our mission is to keep our senior clients active, self-reliant, and excited about life as they remain in their own homes. SOS will not only respect and honor our clients, but will also use the utmost discretion assisting our seniors with their personal issues in their day-to-day activities. SOS, Serving Our Seniors is based on the belief that our clients' needs are of the utmost importance. We also understand that each senior client has different needs and SOS is committed to serving those needs, as well as, customizing a schedule that will be best for our clients.

Someone once said if you take care of someone with dementia you lose them more and more everyday ok. When they get the diagnosis, when they go through different stages, when they need treatment and when they pass away. This is called "ambiguous loss".
As the brain slowly dies, they change physically and eventually forget who their loved ones are. They could end up lying in bed, not moving and not eating or drinking.
There will be people who will scroll past this post because Dementia has not touched them. They may not know what it's like to have a loved one who has battled or is still battling dementia.
To raise awareness of this cruel disease, I would like my friends to put this on their page today. Hold your finger on the post to copy and paste to your timeline.
