Let me reintroduce myself!!!

Colandra Dias-Taylor, MSN, RN, AMB-BC, GERO-BC.

I am proud to share that I have successfully earned national board certification through the American Nurses Credentialing Center in both Ambulatory Care Nursing and Gerontological Nursing.

These certifications represent more than an exam. They reflect advanced clinical knowledge, evidence-based practice, and a continued commitment to excellence across the continuum of care. From surgical services to post-acute care management, I remain dedicated to improving patient outcomes, strengthening care transitions, and leading with purpose.

Growth requires discipline, preparation, and vision. I am grateful for the journey and focused on what is next.
