8:30 AM – Zumba
Get your morning started with great music, fun moves, and an upbeat Zumba workout on the Basketball Court!

8:30 AM – Get Stronger
Join Hope for a strength-building class designed to help you build muscle, boost confidence, and feel stronger!

9:45 AM – Pickleball
Grab your paddle and come join the fun! Get moving, enjoy some laughs, and bring a little friendly competition!

🔥 4:15 PM – RIP
Join Amy for a high-energy strength workout that combines lifting, toning, and moving to the beat!

5:30 PM – Diek’s Alpha Class
Ready for a challenge? Work up a sweat with Diek and finish your workout feeling accomplished!

6:00 PM – Power of Pilates
End your day with Hope in a Pilates class focused on core strength, toning, and controlled movements.

Join Amanda for a welcoming class focused on strength, balance, and flexibility.

5:30 PM – Barre
Controlled movements, strength, work, balance and core training. Don't let the low impact fool you.... Those little movements will humble you real quick.

5:30 PM – Diek’s Alpha Class

We are beyond grateful to everyone who voted GG Wellness Center as the BEST GYM! 🏆 Your support means more to us than you know, and we are so thankful to be part of such an amazing community!

We are lucky to have an incredible team of staff who work hard every day to keep our gym running, support our members, and make GG Wellness a great place to be. Every single one of them plays an important role in what makes our gym special!

Not pictured is Travis, who was out completing firefighter training! 🚒 We appreciate everything he does, along with the dedication and hard work of our entire team.

❤️🖤 HAPPY NATIONAL BOSS’S DAY, TRAVIS! 🖤❤️

Today, we want to take a moment to recognize and appreciate a boss who wears many hats! 💪 From owning GG Wellness Center and serving our community as a volunteer firefighter to being a dedicated dad, fisherman, golfer, Pool boy, and all-around jack of all trades, Travis does so much for the people around him.

Thank you for your leadership, hard work, dedication, and everything you do for GG Wellness and our community. Your commitment to helping others, supporting your team, and making a difference does not go unnoticed!

We’re grateful to have you leading the way and appreciate everything you do, both inside and outside the gym. You truly make a difference! ❤️
