Thanks to Boutique in The City and everyone who purchased a Mental Health Awareness Month T-shirt, we raised $1,100!

We're putting those funds to work with our new Wellness Wagon, filled with coping tools and wellness resources for clients. More details coming soon! 🚂✨

In 2017, Lindsey Teten saw a need for mental health services in rural Nebraska and opened Arbor Psychiatric & Wellness Center.

What started with one provider has grown into a team of five, all committed to serving the communities we love.

We're proud to be rooted in rural Nebraska and grateful for the trust you've placed in us over the years.
