I can’t pretend to understand the beehive of consciousness and how we all impact each other.

I do know when I’m overwhelmed with fear that I make weird decisions, I create stories about others that probably aren’t true, and I’m not a present caregiver.

When I get a grip on myself I’m the opposite. I seek connection and can see kindness in my community (even if it’s just in the parking lot of the grocery store), and I’m in my body which immediately quiets down mental chatter.

I don’t know how much bodywork helps the inner world vs the outer world, but I’m certain it must do some good.

I no longer have a good excuse to not get this up and running! The snow days won.

This is my scheduling site for Oh Chloe. Chloe's Healing Arts is my hands-on bodywork practice. Oh Chloe is a catch all for my charting/female body education, coaching, movement, and birth class.

My bodywork business is kicking along just fine, and I'm not quite sure how to merge the schedules, but we can make it work together. If you don't see a day or time that works for you, let me know and we can make it happen.

If you receive my emails, you might have read the one where I shared how I legally needed to split my business into two separate businesses. My LLC is for my massage license, and anything that a massage therapist is not licensed to offer (cycle charting, yoga/movement, coaching) needed to move over to a separate business.

That meant I needed to pause those other services until I had the bandwidth to give them the love they deserve.

Even though I wasn’t holding movement classes, I love teaching and didn’t totally want to step out of that world so I became a TA for The Body Ready Method program.

We are at a really busy time of year with that program and it’s been a little bonkers fitting everything into my limited hours of childcare, but I just received my participant feedback from Tool Times and Study Times, and it was totally worth it!

Whew, I spent the weekend changing up my massage room. Goodbye to the Turkish Tile blue, and hello to the Natural Linen ...

Whew, I spent the weekend changing up my massage room. Goodbye to the Turkish Tile blue, and hello to the Natural Linen white. My husband doesn’t like the change. I held on to the blue for a long time because I found it visually stimulating, and figured it didn’t matter what other people thought since they usually have their eyes closed, BUT I think this new color is more welcoming, relaxing, and clean. And my husband rarely gets bodywork, so.

Also I switched it up, instead of my go to self-help or business-y book, I decided to listen to the book version of one of my favorite movies!

Ironically it is a wishful event for a lot of people, and if you do run constipated my abdominal work is totally for you. The abdominal massage always helped, but the visceral manipulation of intestines? *chef’s kiss*

AND if your intestines aren’t moving, your bladder can also be affected, right? Cause they’re different systems, but totally neighbors.

Long story long, it wont be weird if you message me about any of this, and my answer is absolutely to book the Initial Session for Holistic Bodywork.
