Aroma. Freshness. Cultivation. Curing. Organoleptics. Sensory experience. These things matter — and I believe they deserve a much bigger place in the future of cannabis culture.
At Ohio CannaExpo, I’ll be giving a keynote presentation exploring why “the nose knows,” why consumers spend hundreds or even thousands searching for the “right” product, and why the industry may need to move beyond potency marketing toward better consumer education and sensory literacy.
Cannabis was never meant to be reduced to a barcode and a potency percentage.
