🌙📚BACK-TO-SCHOOL BEDTIMES 📚🌙

As children head back to school, now is a great time to help them return to a healthy sleep schedule. Moving bedtime and wake-up time earlier by just 15–30 minutes each day can make those early school mornings much easier!

Recommended nightly sleep:

💤 Preschoolers: 10–13 hours
💤 School-age children: 9–11 hours
💤 Teens: 8–10 hours

A consistent bedtime routine, fewer evening screens, dimmer lights, and avoiding caffeine after lunch can also help children settle down and sleep better.

A well-rested child is ready to learn, grow, and thrive! 💛
