Someone just redeemed himself with BANANA BREAD!! 3SP💜per slice (8 slices)!!!*

Used banana bread recipe for a base recipe, but made a few tweaks to lower the SP➡️1. mixture of mix, white flour & whole wheat flour - instead of adding straight white flour. 2. Used replacement instead of regular sugar - I prefer these sweeteners tbh, but everyone is different! 3. Made changes to butter for more point-friendly option.🍌🍞is NOT wet from applesauce +🍌🍌& has a fantastic consistency.*

Loving these PUMPKIN PIE PERFECT BARS!! Give me ALLLL the🎃🎃!!! GREAT job, - first time trying these bars & total WOWWW! You’ve even sold my husband on these & he’s a notorious hater-of-all-things-🎃!!*

John & I met the team behind at Expo East last year & they were SO wonderfully sweet, kind, passionate etc etc! They LOVE hearing feedback & are 💯focused on putting out a clean, healthy & always delicious product. For my , these particular bars are 5SP for half & 11SP for the whole bar. I tend to split bars like this in half & then cut the half into tiny little pieces ( actually sells bites & they’re little cubes of deliciousness).*

Ps. Take a look at that & totally environmentally-friendly packaging! the sponge is made of renewable plant fiber🌱! Never seen anything like it before!*

I NEED A KIDNEY. I’ll likely make it less than a year without one. I’m not a good dialysis candidate. John cannot donate because of his cancer history. I. NEED. A. LIVING. ORGAN. DONOR. Having a (a kidney is donated from a living person OR a cadaver/deceased donor) would mean a healthier kidney, less medications & (the best part)...a living donor kidney lasts MORE THAN TWICE as long as a deceased donor kidney. I’m only 37 & I need this little bean to last a very, VERY long time!*

Not only would I get my life back, but I. COULD. HAVE. KIDS!!!! A few years ago, Life. Just. STOPPED. Getting this would mean that I can restart again🙂.*

WOW! I am extremely late to the party with these Kanzi🍎🍎!! They’re freaking INCREDIBLE!! I tried them for the first time a few weeks ago from one of the street fruit/veggie stands 💁🏻‍♀️& I. WAS. HOOKED. John found them on sale this week at 👍🏻👍🏻. I’m a total🍎🍏junkie & I LOVE trying new ones (Pink Lady🍎🍎are still my fave tho). If you see them, TRY THEM!*

When it’s & you NEEEED nachos, but you’ve got goals... to the rescue for a much, MUCH healthier option👍🏻! Used 2SP worth of , FF refried beans, corn, black beans, salsa & grated 1/2 a cheese stick (John got the other 1/2🤦🏻‍♀️for HIS nachos!). This tasted sooooooo freaking good & for less than 3SP!!! These chips are OUTSTANDING & guess where they came from?! DOLLAR TREE💵🌳💵🌳💵🌳!!*

My only meal today🤦🏻‍♀️. Had to fast this AM, felt like💩all afternoon & then by nighttime...had this🥰. John knows that I❤️ 🍱🍣, so we stopped after the dr & picked up these🦐rolls. Made mini chicken & cilantro🥟🥟in a pan + spray olive oil✅. Used about 1/3 of that WAAAAY too🔥🔥chili sauce.*
