Trying to live according to other people’s expectations is one of the biggest sources of stress there is. 💯
😮💨 The more you try to be what everyone else needs you to be, the more stressed you become, and it makes sense, because being someone that you’re not is exhausting work!
Even if you don’t consciously recognize it, your nervous system knows the difference between when you’re acting in authentic alignment with your values and when you’re not. 🧠💡
🧘 This meditation takes less than 90 seconds, and it’s a small step that you can take to start releasing the weight of other people’s expectations so that you can be the most brilliant and inspired YOU.
