We have more information about health than ever before. And yet, one thing feels increasingly absent from our wellness and daily culture: connection.
We weren’t meant to do all of this alone.
Research continues to show just how important social connection and strong relationships are for our health and longevity. So yes, nutrition matters, movement matters, sleep matters. Data and metrics matter. All of it matters.
But so does being together.
Being seen, heard and supported. Sharing meals, movement, conversation, laughter and rest. Tending to ourselves and one another.
Maybe we need a little less doing it all alone and a little more tend and befriend.
And on that note… make sure you’re on my email list!
A special invitation to gather with me and Dr. LaDeana Jeane, in the beautiful Alexander Valley this spring, is going out this week. Reply List if you’d like to receive that invitation.
More soon….✨💛✨
