Juli has been using a lot of Copaiba lately. She's had some head and neck tension lately, so she drips a drop on her tongue, along with a drip of frankincense and then presses her tongue to the roof of her mouth for several seconds. Ahhh....relief. She drips a drop or two in the palm of her hand with a bit of castor oil and massages into her shoulders and back of the neck.
