🤎 Five years. And what a gift it has been to look back.

To every patient who trusted me, every person who worked beside me, every friend and family member who held me up, and every person who has ever walked through our doors, thank you for giving pieces of your life to this dream.

I started Life Cycle hoping to create something meaningful.

I didn’t know how much meaning it would give back to me.

🤎 Five years holds a lot of chapters.

The older I get, the more I realize I don’t want a life that only looks good from the outside. I want the life behind the accomplishments to mean even more than the accomplishments themselves.

I want to make sure that becoming more to the world never means becoming less to the people I love.

Because when all the titles fall away, this is the life I get to keep.

Sometimes wonder how I did it all. 🤎

The truth is, I probably didn’t, not perfectly anyway.

There were days I was exhausted. Days I questioned whether I was giving enough to my family, my patients, my team… or even myself.

But I kept showing up. And so did the people around me.

The beginning was behind us. So much was still ahead.

So much of life happens while you’re busy living it. Moments you don’t know will matter.

Looking back at these memories, I think that’s what gets me most. I didn’t know I was making memories.

I was just living.

And what a beautiful life it has been to look back on. 🤎
