Good question, but the answer is no. All saunas are not the same! Our sauna is an infrared sauna that uses light to create heat. Many of us think of steam saunas when we hear the word "sauna", but those are very different! They use a damp heat to raise the temperature of the entire room, where ours uses an invisible infrared technology to heat your body from the inside out. And you're going to feel amazing when after your session!
