Fascia and lymph have become buzzwords recently and you know what? Bring it on! I don’t know about you all but I have noticed a conscientious shift in my clientele lately- both existing and newcomers, around their relationship with their mind/body. I absolutely love having these discussions around fascia and neuroplasticity in conjunction with new movement and breathing patterns. When my clients take an interest in the work and what part they play in bettering their life- that’s where the results start to skyrocket. So I guess I just came on here to say… keep it up! Keep being curious and keep learning more about yourself and your inward environment and how it affects you as you move through life. Now offering Manual Lymphatic Drainage!

Hello everyone! Its been a while since i've sent an email out. I would like to announce that back in December I became certified in Manual Lymphatic Drainage therapy through the Academy of Lymphatic Studies (ACOLS).

Manual Lymphatic Drainage (MLD) is a gentle technique that encourages healthy lymphatic flow throughout the body thereby reducing inflammation, speeding recovery/ healing time, improving digestion, providing allergy relief and encouraging deeper sleep amongst many other benefits. I am now offering this service as a standalone session in increments of 30, 60 and 75 minutes depending on your needs or you can just ask me to incorporate some MLD into your next session. Come on in to try it out. The results speak for themselves!

This is such an important conversation within bodywork and body awareness. You may have noticed how my work has been slowly shifting over the years. It is my first and foremost focus to create safety for all of my clients which often leads to the notion of “less is more.” Sometimes the nervous system truly is not ready for certain types of sensory input and I aim to listen to what each individual is telling me- in their breath, their fascia and the subtle energy body. Sarga is an excellent tool for helping individuals to de-armor due to its slow pace and spaciousness that it creates in the body. I am blending lots of lymphatic work in as well which is gentle and meditative. Every session turns into sacred space and deep listening to foster safety and to facilitate meaningful change in the nervous system and fascial integration.
