Progress through perseverance.

Following an acute ischemic stroke, John Hume arrived at Woodbine with challenges affecting his strength, mobility, balance, swallowing, and daily activities. During his 87-day stay, John participated in rehabilitation five days a week, working diligently to improve his functional mobility, self-care skills, and independence.

We’re proud to celebrate John’s progress as he transitions to an assisted living community, where he’ll receive continued support while settling into his new home.
