• Flash designs only
• First come, first served
• Spots are extremely limited
• Check in, save your place in line, and get a text when it’s your turn
• Explore Kilburn Mill while you wait!
• Arms and legs only (no hands, feet, ribs, or torso placements)
• Limit of 2 tattoos per person, then you may re-enter the queue if time allows
• Multiple baby add-ons available (up to 3 babies max per mama animal design)
• Build-your-own bouquets available (1–3 flowers during event, 4+ flowers by appointment only)
• Must be 18+ with valid ID in hand
