The Massachusetts Department of Public Health (DPH) is alerting parents, caregivers, clinicians, retailers, and local health departments of a nationwide recall of all lots of Nara Organics powdered infant formula. Nara Organics voluntarily recalled its products on June 13, 2026 due to a possible risk of Clostridium botulinum contamination.

Nara Organics Whole Milk Infant Formula was sold at Target stores, Target.com, and Nara.com from July 2025 to June 2026. Consumers may still have these products in their homes. Recalled products should not be used, sold, donated, distributed, or purchased.

The Massachusetts Department of Public Health (DPH) is advising consumers, retailers, and clinicians about multiple recent Salmonella outbreaks associated with recalled moringa-containing products, including powders, capsules, and other dietary supplements. Massachusetts is among the states with reported cases.

These products have been distributed nationwide, primarily online through company websites and other online retailers, including Amazon, eBay, and Walmart. Recalled products should not be eaten, sold, served, distributed, or purchased.
