We are looking for volunteers!

Our Rock Steady Boxing program is about more than boxing- it’s about building strength, confidence, connection, and community🥊

We need volunteers to help support our boxers during class and be a part of an encouraging and positive environment! No boxing experience needed- just a willingness to lend a hand and cheer someone on.

As the weather heats up, a glass of water can do more than quench thirst💧

For older adults and individuals living with Parkinson’s, staying hydrated can help support movement, focus, and daily comfort. Even mild dehydration can have a big impact on fatigue, dizziness, confusion, and mobility challenges.

Drink water consistently throughout the day and especially when exercising. Small sips add up!
