I got to spend the morning with an amazing woman I have already learned so much from! Suz has an immense amount of knowledge and experience in the health and wellness field, and has a talent of healthy cooking that’s hard to match.

Today she shared some of her wisdom with me, and we made a few incredible dishes. While doing that we talked about our upcoming EmpowerHER Women’s Wellness Day Retreat that I’m so honored to be a part of.
