Rose Meadow Group We provide supported residential services in a comfortable home environment.

Rose Meadow are three unique residential assisted living programs for adults that have experienced life altering events through work related injuries, personal accidents or neurological trauma which make complex specialized daily care necessary. Residents receive nursing care, attendant care, case coordination and appropriate therapies while enjoying the ambiance of family style living. Residents

benefit from state-of-the-art therapeutic equipment for safe personal care and rehabilitation. Our staffing ratios allow us to provide the highest level of care while at Rose Meadow and also allows the opportunity for residents to take pleasure in individual community outings and events. Residents can enjoy both privacy and a sense of community in a country home setting. Spacious private bedrooms feature age appropriate, individualized décor, while comfortable living areas provide space for participating in daily entertainment, recreational activities and visits with family and friends. Our program is community based and individualized to meet each resident’s specific needs. Individuals can be served on a short-term basis, to receive specific community integration skills and prescribed therapy to regain a higher level of independence, or on a long-term basis for safety, health management and continued growth in independence. We also offer respite services which allow the care givers of individuals residing at home an opportunity for personal time, vacations, etc. while knowing their loved one is safe and receiving the highest level of care in their absence.
