Fresh herbs are an easy, low-effort way to add flavor and variety to everyday meals. đż
Herbs provide small amounts of vitamins or minerals in addition to naturally occurring plant compounds, like antioxidants, that support health. They're also great at adding lots of flavor without relying on extra salt, fat, and sugar.
Even a small windowsill setup can make it easier to keep them on hand and use them regularly.
Try starting with just 2â3 herbs and adding them to meals you already make.
