Week 5 of my 8 week Radiant Motherhood Program!
I’m so excited for this one! I’ve had so many moms and future moms in their TTC journey that want a fitness program that is going to build a healthy body for their baby making years!
My workout style is for the woman that wants to live healthy, balanced, and strong. We do mobility, deep core and pelvic floor work (think sculpt but more intentional), strength, and some conditioning.
Why? Because when you’re a mom you have to be able to move freely, sleep in weird positions, heal your core after baby, hold your baby, bags, and let’s be real the mental load of being a mom, and randomly burst out in a sprint to keep your toddler from running into traffic (🥲)
