Week 5 of my 8 week Radiant Motherhood Program!

I’m so excited for this one! I’ve had so many moms and future moms in their TTC journey that want a fitness program that is going to build a healthy body for their baby making years!

My workout style is for the woman that wants to live healthy, balanced, and strong. We do mobility, deep core and pelvic floor work (think sculpt but more intentional), strength, and some conditioning.

Why? Because when you’re a mom you have to be able to move freely, sleep in weird positions, heal your core after baby, hold your baby, bags, and let’s be real the mental load of being a mom, and randomly burst out in a sprint to keep your toddler from running into traffic (🥲)

The elephant in the room: BABY WEIGHT

As a pre/postnatal personal trainer, my conversations around weight look a lot different than trainers who are focused mainly on weight loss.

Weight gain is an important and healthy part of pregnancy. But with it can come a lot of stigma depending on the culture you grew up in, your relationship with your body before pregnancy, the rise of GLP-1s, and the pressure to “bounce back.”

I never put my clients on a timeline because I believe the first step to “losing the baby weight” is healing your body first.

When we support your recovery, rebuild strength, nourish your body, and regulate your hormones, your body is in a much better place to naturally release weight when it’s ready.

And let’s not forget, postpartum is a beautiful and stressful season. Your body is also using energy to heal, care for a baby, support hormones, and, for many moms, produce milk.

I’m sharing my numbers not as a standard to compare yourself to, but to bring transparency to what my pregnancy looked like and how I personally approached weight gain and weight loss.
