Behind the Pose: Dancer

Graceful, grounded, and full of possibility.
Dancer Pose invites us to root into the earth while lifting the heart, embodying the lightness and growth of spring.

This standing balance posture strengthens the legs and core while opening the shoulders, chest, and hips.

Dancer reminds us that growth requires both stability and openness.
