I never want a mom to feel judged or like there’s one “right” way to feed her baby. My goal is simply to listen, answer questions, and help you feel confident in whatever your goals are.

If you’ve been on the fence about reaching out for lactation support, I’d love to help. You don’t have to have everything figured out before you ask for help. ❤️

This is so true! If your pediatrician is giving you breast-feeding advice, double check with an IBCLC that what they’re telling you is correct. I can’t tell you how many times I have heard bad advice given from a pediatrician. There are some good ones out there that actually know what they’re talking about and can give you good advice, but they still are not an expert in lactation. I like to tell parents you wouldn’t go to your family doctor if you need your spine adjusted or a root canal. There are experts in those fields for a reason. Most moms are 100% covered for a consult with me, reach out today if you need some help!

I love helping sweet families feed their babies. Whether you’re breastfeeding, pumping, formula feeding, or doing a combination of all three, feeding challenges are real. Fussiness, inefficient feeding, reflux symptoms, poor weight gain, bottle struggles, latch concerns, oral tension, and so much more can often be improved with the right support.

And the best part? Most of my visits are covered by insurance, so getting help is often much more affordable than families expect.

If you’ve been wondering whether it’s “worth reaching out,” this is your sign. You don’t have to figure it out alone. 💕

Supporting families during such a vulnerable season is something I never take lightly, and I’m so grateful for every mom who trusts me to walk alongside her. Feeding challenges can feel overwhelming, isolating, and exhausting — but you don’t have to do it alone.

One of my biggest goals is making support feel accessible, personalized, and realistic for postpartum life, which is why I love offering in-home visits and continued support via text between appointments.

If you’re struggling with breastfeeding, pumping, bottle feeding, infant allergies, reflux, latch pain, low supply, oversupply, or just feel like something isn’t going the way you hoped — reach out. Early support can make such a difference. 💗

Most families are 100% covered by insurance for lactation visits. ✨

To book an appointment or learn more, send me a message or visit my website. You deserve support too. 🤍

Only a small percentage of moms make it to 6 months of exclusive breastfeeding… and that matters more than you think.

According to the American Academy of Pediatrics and World Health Organization, exclusive breastfeeding for the first 6 months is the gold standard for infant feeding.

But in reality?
👉 Less than 1 in 4 families in the U.S. reach that goal.

Not because moms don’t want to…
But because they aren’t getting the support they deserve.

Breastfeeding isn’t “just natural.”
It’s a learned skill by both mom and baby. And sometimes that skill comes easy, and sometimes it takes a lot of work.

That’s where lactation consultants come in 🤍

✨ We can help with:
• Painful latch & ni**le damage
• Low milk supply (or oversupply)
• Pumping & returning to work
• Tongue ties, reflux, and feeding challenges
• Creating a plan that actually fits YOUR life

And most importantly…
👉 We help you reach your goals — not someone else’s expectations.

Because whether your goal is:
✔️ Exclusive breastfeeding
✔️ Combo feeding
✔️ Pumping
✔️ Or just making it through the next week

You deserve support every step of the way.

🫶 You aren’t meant to do this alone.

✨ If you’re struggling or just want a plan that feels doable, reach out. Support changes everything.

❤️ ❤️

“Something inside me just healed.”

A mom said this to me after our visit, and I haven’t stopped thinking about it.

Not because I had all the answers.
Not because everything was suddenly perfect.

But because for the first time in a while, she felt supported instead of judged.

As an IBCLC, I will always give you honest, evidence-based guidance.
But I will also meet you where you are—without pressure, without judgment, and without an agenda.

If you’re struggling, unsure, or just need someone in your corner…
please don’t wait.

The right support can make a bigger difference than you think. 💛
