CST is explored by people for many different reasons, from everyday stress and tension to headaches, discomfort, sleep difficulties and general wellbeing. It's explored from babies to 90+ year olds, CST really does reach a range of people.

There are also specialist areas of practice, including post-concussion support, where practitioners with appropriate training can work within their scope of practice.
