Sometimes the smallest innovations make the biggest difference 💙

Today in our HTA Sensory Gym, we witnessed something truly special: the very first use of a 3D-printed adaptive chair created by the nonprofit MakeGood.

This chair wasn’t just built… it was given through time, talent, and heart. Volunteers from MakeGood design and create adaptive devices for children with special needs, completely powered by compassion and community.

A huge thank you to Boris, the maker behind this incredible piece. Your work is changing what accessibility looks like one child at a time 🙌 Moments like this remind us exactly why inclusion and innovation matter.

It's a free morning built for moms and little ones: a group workout, kids activities, a mama marketplace, raffles, and giveaways. Come find the HTA of NY table — our team will be there to chat about pediatric therapy, answer questions about speech, OT, PT, and special education services, and share what we do for families across NYC, Westchester, Rockland, and the Hudson Valley.
