Would Anyone Here Actually Eat Stuffed Cabbages Rolls **Ingredients1 medium head cabbage (3 pounds)1/2 pound uncooked ground beef1/2 pound uncooked ground pork1 can (15 ounces) tomato sauce, divided1 small onion, chopped1/2 cup uncooked long grain rice1 tablespoon dried parsley flakes1/2 teaspoon salt1/2 teaspoon snipped fresh dill or dill weed1/8 teaspoon cayenne pepper1 can (14-1/2 ounces) diced tomatoes, undrained1/2 teaspoon sugarDirectionsCook cabbage in boiling water just until outer leaves pull away easily from head. Set aside 12 large leaves for rolls. In a small bowl, combine the beef, pork, 1/2 cup tomato sauce, onion, rice, parsley, salt, dill and cayenne; mix well.Cut out the thick vein from the bottom of each leaf, making a V-shaped cut. Place about 1/4 cup meat mixture on a cabbage leaf; overlap cut ends of leaf. Fold in sides. Beginning from the cut end, roll up. Repeat.Slice the remaining cabbage; place in a Dutch oven. Arrange the cabbage rolls seam side down over sliced cabbage. Combine the tomatoes, sugar and remaining tomato sauce; pour over the rolls. Ingredients:
2 medium zucchinis, halved
1 cup cooked shredded chicken
1/2 cup shredded mozzarella
2 tablespoons cream cheese
Salt and pepper
Directions:
Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F). Scoop out zucchini centers. Mix chicken, cheeses, salt, and pepper. Fill zucchini halves. Bake for 25–30 minutes until bubbly.

Avocado, Mozzarella, and Tomato Grilled Cheese,
Ingredients:
4 slices of sourdough bread
1 ripe avocado, sliced
1 large tomato, sliced
8 oz fresh mozzarella cheese, sliced
2 tablespoons butter, softened
Salt and pepper to taste
Fresh basil leaves (optional)
Directions:
Heat a skillet over medium heat.
Butter one side of each slice of sourdough bread.
Place two slices of bread, butter side down, in the skillet.
Layer the mozzarella cheese, avocado slices, and tomato slices on top of the bread in the skillet. Add salt and pepper to taste.
Top with fresh basil leaves if using.
Place the remaining slices of bread on top, butter side up.
Cook until the bread is golden brown and the cheese is melted, about 3-4 minutes per side. Press down gently with a spatula to help the cheese melt and the sandwich to stick together.
Remove from the skillet, let cool for a minute, then slice and serve/

WOULD YOU EAT THIS GARLIC BUTTER LOBSTER AND SCALLOPS
This Garlic Butter Lobster and Scallops dish is a luxurious seafood delight! Tender lobster tails and juicy scallops are cooked in a rich garlic butter sauce for an elegant meal.
Ingredients:
2 lobster tails, halved lengthwise
1 lb sea scallops, patted dry
6 tbsp unsalted butter, divided
3 tbsp olive oil
4 garlic cloves, minced
1 lemon, juiced
2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
Salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions:
Heat olive oil and 2 tbsp of butter in a skillet over medium-high heat.
Add the lobster tails, flesh side down, and cook for 3-4 minutes. Flip and cook for another 2-3 minutes until the meat is opaque. Remove from the skillet and set aside.
Add scallops to the same skillet, cooking for 2 minutes on each side until golden brown. Remove and set aside.
Melt the remaining butter in the skillet. Add minced garlic and cook for 1 minute until fragrant. Stir in lemon juice and chopped parsley.
Return the lobster and scallops to the skillet, tossing them gently in the garlic butter sauce.
Serve hot, garnished with additional parsley and lemon wedges.
