Back to school shopping with my crew 🎒🤍

We stopped at Sprouts to stock up for the new school year, and the kids had so much fun picking out their favorite FAVE Organic Drink Mix flavors.

I love that FAVE brings back that nostalgic childhood drink mix feeling, but with simple, organic ingredients and none of the artificial junk. It’s one of those little things that makes busy school days and after school activities a little more fun. 💛

And of course, we had to do a family taste test when we got home… safe to say, it was a hit!

Being a mum of three is the most rewarding role I’ll ever have—but I’ve learned that I can’t pour from an empty cup.

These are the little things that help me keep my spark. ✨

🤍 1. Get ready for the day. Even if it’s just a cosy lounge set and a touch of makeup, it instantly lifts my mood and helps me feel ready to take on the day. I’ve been living in this comfy Fabletics lounge set lately because it’s so soft, comfortable, and still makes me feel put together.

☕️ 2. Find little moments to reset. Whether it’s sitting down with my favourite hot drink at home or driving to discover a cute new coffee or matcha spot (even with all three kids in tow!), those small moments help reset my mind, recharge me, and give me something to look forward to.

💪 3. Move my body. Exercise has become part of my routine because it makes me feel stronger, more energized, and like the best version of myself. I also love that my kids are growing up seeing their mum make her health a priority. I hope it teaches them that looking after your body is something to value for life.

🚶‍♀️ 4. Get outside for a walk. Whether I’m on my own or walking with all three kids, fresh air and a change of scenery always helps clear my mind and lift my mood.

✨ 5. End the day with a simple skincare routine. Nothing complicated—just a few minutes to wash the day away and climb into bed feeling clean, refreshed, and ready for tomorrow.

None of these things take hours, but together they help me keep my spark so I can show up as the best version of myself for my family. 🤍

Now that I’m 6 months postpartum, I’ve been focusing on supporting my recovery in ways that make me feel good from the inside out. ✨

I always leave The Tox Ft. Lauderdale feeling lighter, less bloated, more sculpted, and so refreshed. Plus, the entire experience is just such a vibe. 🤍

A little photo dump of life lately ✨

These days seem to fly by in a blur of camp runs, appointments, family time, milestones, and all the little moments in between. Some days feel overwhelming, but when I look back through my camera roll, I’m reminded just how much there is to be grateful for.

I wouldn’t trade this season of life for anything. Feeling incredibly thankful for my family, the people who show up for us, and the memories we’re making along the way.
