Talk about a LIFESTYLE CHANGE. 👏🏻

MADI moved back home from college, started a full-time job, joined FIRE… and hasn’t looked back! She’s been here almost every day, putting in the work and making fitness a true part of her life - even on the days she isn’t at FIRE! (Coach Mal’s step challenges don’t stand a chance 😏👏🏻)

100 camps is a huge accomplishment, but we’re even more proud of the habits she’s built along the way. She shows up, works hard, and somehow always walks through the door with the biggest smile and best attitude. ❤️‍🔥

One of the hardest-working guys we know - inside AND outside the gym! Between working long hours at his full-time job, tending to his farm, raising kids, running AND fitting in FIRE… we’re honestly not sure when this guy sleeps. 😂 But one thing we DO know: when Ryan walks through those doors, he’s ready to WORK. He gets in, gets after it, and moves right on to the next thing. 💪🏻

We could not be more grateful to have Ryan AND his wife, Kayla, as part of our FIRE family! ❤️ Thank you for keeping us supplied with sweet corn 🌽, sunflowers 🌻, high fives 🙌🏻 and all the positive vibes!

This guy just earned his LAST BAND in just over ONE YEAR here at FIRE — and we couldn’t be more proud of him!!

Now, has he been on time for all 250 of those camps? Absolutely not. 🤣 In fact, we’re pretty sure that snooze button is getting just as much of a workout as Rich is. ⏰ BUT - HE SHOWS UP. 👏🏻 He gets his workout DONE, and then he’s off to tackle the rest of his day - teaching, parenting and all the things.

🌟 ROCKSTAR OF THE MONTH — ERIC!! 🌟

Eric was an EASY vote this month!! 👏🏻

This guy is such a positive, hardworking and encouraging staple in our morning camps. He shows up ready to WORK, brings the energy and makes everyone around him better! 👏🏻

And if you know Eric, you know he is our resident MYZONE CHAMP ❤️‍🔥 He’s always promoting MYZONE, encouraging his section buddies to hit their targets and pushing himself right alongside them. This man does NOT stop until he hits at least 100 MEPs! 💪🏻🔥

But as much of a powerhouse as he is in the gym, he’s an even better human. Eric is genuinely one of the kindest, most positive people, and we are SO lucky to have him as part of our FIRE family.
