Looking for a fun way to connect, play, and learn with your little one? 💛
Join us for a 6-week movement and sensory play program designed for children ages 18 months–3 years and their caregivers. Each week will feature a new theme with engaging activities that encourage motor development, social interaction, creativity, and learning through play.
Not only will your child explore and grow through meaningful experiences, but you’ll leave with simple strategies and ideas to continue the fun at home.

Join us for a wellness experience designed to strengthen, restore, and recharge. Starting with a strengthen workout to fire up your muscles, followed by a guided stretch led by Caitlyn Green, founder of Elara Women’s Wellness.
