ATTENTION VALUED CLIENTS!!!*****

Due to the rising number of short notice cancelations( less than 24 hours) and no call no-shows, I am unfortunatly forced to implement a new policy. EFFECTIVE IMMEDIATELY ** Cancelation or rescheduling of your appointment requires a minimum of 48 hours’ notice. If you do not provide the adequate cancelation/rescheduling time, you will be charged a $50 cancellation fee. If you do not pay the cancellation fee, I will not reschedule your appointment until payment is received. Additionally, if you do not call and do not show up to your appointment, you will be charged 100% of the reserved service amount. Again, I will not reschedule your appointment until this fee is paid. I am sorry to inconvenience any of my valued clients, but this new policy will allow me to fill your canceled appointment slot and financially compensate me for any income I miss out on. Thank you and have a good day.

Attention clients,
I will be taking a leave of absence due to a medical procedure. Starting 3-11-2023, I will be out of work for 4-6 weeks. I am currently trying to accomodate as many appointment changes as I can prior to my procedure. Good morning/afternoon/evening everyone. I just wanted to take some time to thank all of my clients, tell you how much you mean to me and how grateful I am for your business. I truly enjoy getting to talk with each of you during our appointments. Most of you know the challenging situation my family is going through over the next several months.(with my husbands military career) I have thought long and hard about this and have come to the conclusion that it is in the best interest of myself and my family that I reduce my hours in the salon. I will continue to provide all services already scheduled but I want to communicate to my clientele that my hours will be reduced until further notice. So, please pre-book as available openings will fill up quick. If you have any questions, please feel free to message me or we can discuss it during our next appointment.
