A gentle reminder that we will be gathering for Osho Chakra Sound & Kundalini Meditation on Sunday, April 19, 2026, from 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM at Raven’s Wing Yoga, 19 S Main St, Branford, CT 06405.

Let’s welcome spring with meditation, music, movement, silence, and inner exploration.

This session will include chakra sound practices, Kundalini shaking and expressive movement, guided meditation, periods of silence and stillness, and selected insights from Osho.

All are welcome, including those with no prior meditation experience.
