everyone talks about preparing for birth (supplies, labor positions, registry…)
and while those things can be helpful, they have very little to do with what actually shapes your experience.
birth is more about surrender, transformation, and *becoming* than you’d ever imagine✨
the women who feel most grounded in birth + postpartum are rarely the ones who prepared for every possible outcome, but moreso who were guided on their path to MOTHER❤️🔥
