Your facial gua sha technique matters 🤌🏼

The key is to hold your gua sha at about a 45° angle against the skin rather than using the edge straight on. This allows more of the tool’s surface to glide across the skin instead of digging into it. 

✨ 45° angle
✨ Light, even pressure
✨ Slow, intentional strokes
