There’s no right or wrong way when it comes to increasing your milk supply.

You find what your body responds to and work with it.

I was literally doing everything and still having to supplement with formula (we had donor milk as well
which made me feel SO much better!)

So I went back to the basics and focused on the one thing I knew I was slacking on...

I didn't know what happened.

I didn't know what to do first.

She nursed fine in the hospital. Then we got home and it fell apart.

I never pumped more than 1-2 ounces and now 6 years later I've exclusively breastfed 2 babies. (and still feeling one on demand)

I honestly didn't know if we'd ever get to the point where we didn't need formula anymore.

But here we are, and it's not because we were lucky.
