"I thought I would be this way at 70, not 54." ~Quote from a client this week. If you wanted your car to be in good condition for 54 years, you would take great care of it. The same goes for your body. Nurture it with healthy foods. Make sure it gets enough movement. Enough rest. Make time for fun. If you need help, send me a message. It's never too late to form healthy habits!
