Evening Warriors! While Hubby was at softball I started with SuperWorkout. This will only be when he has the early games otherwise. I thought that I would start easy! 3.5 miles on level 3 elliptical then a quick 2 mile bike ride then some strength training on the machines total time in the gym 1 hour and 15 minutes. Let’s see what SuperWorkout Monday will bring as that is his next early game!
